Singapore and Malaysia will enable all fully-vaccinated travellers to cross the land border without being quarantined upon arrival from April 1, 2022, and will discontinue all COVID-19 screening (including both pre-departure and on-arrival testing). Who are the eligible travellers under Vaccinated Travel?
