As an employer, knowing the holiday days affiliated with the country where the business is conducted is crucial. Since annual leaves are regulated by law, it is vital to understand. What, then, is the minimum needed annual leave by country?

Employees were expected to seek their preferred holiday days or tell management their intended holiday dates to prevent labour shortages. As employees remained with the company longer, they received more off-days.
