HIRE NOWBank Negara Malaysia just announced that starting today, Malaysian individual new users can now register for eCCRIS immediately through eccris.bnm.gov.my, without having to visit a BNM or Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) office.
No more need for physical verification
Individuals simply need to follow the procedures below to register for eCCRIS. The new users must make an RM1 online transfer to a designated BNM account through internet banking. The RM1 will be automatically repaid within two working days after registration. This step enables individuals' identities to be verified digitally, eliminating the need for physical verification.
Deputy Governor Marzunisham Omar stated that these changes make it more convenient and safer for individual users to register for eCCRIS and have access to their CCRIS reports, all from the comfort of their homes.
New users must be Malaysian individuals with MyKad and an internet banking facility.
