Refund
  1. Any refund of payment made to www.ajobthing.com shall be at the sole discretion of A Job Thing
  2. All payments are considered final and are non-refundable.
Job Advertisement Posting
  1. Any job advertisement posted on or via A Job Thing must comply to below guidelines:

    1. Must not advertise more than one (1) job position in each posting;
    2. Must be in the English language, with other languages optional;
    3. Must not demonstrate preference towards a particular gender, age group, or race;
    4. Must not contain any profanity or suggestion of any obscenities;
    5. Must not advertise services including training,

    If any job advertisement fails to comply with the guidelines, A Job Thing will remove the job advertisement immediately. No refund is given by A Job Thing in the event of non-compliance.
  2. Job advertisements posted will remain published online for thirty (30) days, with the exception of the purchase of any promotion that extends the job advertisement expiry period.
  3. A Job Thing reserves the right to refuse to run any advertisements at its sole discretion, in particular those advertisements which are deemed not suitable for publication on any of A Job Thing's website.

Account
  1. AJobThing may suspend or terminate any account, or reject the request to create an account, at our sole discretion without prior notice or cause given to the User.
  2. AJobThing reserves the right to suspend any account deemed by us to be against AJobThing's interest, internal policies, or corporate governance, and may refuse to supply further services to the User.
  3. In the event of account suspension or termination, while the User's rights to use or access the service shall cease, the User is liable to pay AJobThing for all outstanding fees and all services which have been delivered to the User.
