Register for an account here, and then from your dashboard, click “Post Job” at the top or left menu, fill up your job details then post a Pay Now or Pay Later job, with or without a Booster.
Alternatively, you can also post a job using this form.
Posting a Pay Later job does not require upfront payment, however you will not be able to view the full details of the applicants before payment.
Depending on your Credibility Score, you will be able to view the full profiles of your job’s first 1 to 5 applicants.
It depends on which jobseeker website you’d like to post on. You may refer to our latest job ads pricing here.
Yes, you can pay for your job ad using online banking or credit card. However, credits give you the most value for money, with added savings. Find out how to buy credits here.
A Pay Later job will be published on the jobseeker websites, however the applicant details will be limited (see example below). To view the full profile of applicants, including their contact information, you may proceed to payment for the job. Payment can be done using online banking, credit card and/or credits. Based on your Credibility Score, you can only publish a limited number of Pay Later jobs per month.
A Pay Now job will enjoy greater visibility when published on the jobseeker websites, and the full profile and resume of the applicants can be accessed. A Pay Later job can be paid at a later date as long as the job is still published.
Boosters are add-ons you can use on your job post to give it greater visibility and reach. These can added when you create a new job, or anytime while the job is still published by accessing this option on your Job Manager:
Our job post add-ons help give your job ad greater visibility and reach, for example “Feature” would move your job to the first page on Maukerja and Ricebowl. “Highlight” gives your job a special display to stand out from other jobs, and “Bump Up” moves your job further up the job feed so it is more likely to be seen.
Please note that add-ons only apply to the job ad on our jobseeker websites Maukerja and Ricebowl and not on our partner platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
Our system recommends similar job titles for the job ad you are posting, and helps you publish the same job details under those similar job titles. This increases the chances of jobseekers discovering your jobs based on their search terms. For example, if your job title is “Software Engineer” we may suggest a similar job title “Backend Developer”, this widens the scope of applicants to your job, however as the job details are the same, the applications remain relevant.
You can publish Similar Jobs anytime your job ad is published by clicking the job card here:
When you publish a job with us, the job will automatically appear on both Maukerja and Ricebowl platforms. If you wish to publish your job on only one platform, you can request from your Account Manager
Firstly, ensure your job ad is good quality, meaning the job title and details such as requirements and location are stated clearly, and the benefits and salary offered is competitive and attractive. You may contact your Account Manager for more tips on how to improve your job ad.
Next, you can consider using Job Ad add-ons to increase your job ad’s visibility and reach.
In the Create Job page, after you have filled in your job ad details, at the next step you can find the option to “Apply Promo Code” below the Summary at the right column:
Make sure you have selected the right platform in order to use the promo code effectively, and that the code is not expired. Some codes are one-time use only. You may refer to your dashboard if you have any active promo codes assigned to your account.
By default, your job ad will be published for 30 days. However, during promotional periods or for special packages, the job ad expiry could be extended.
Please note that your job could appear for fewer total days on partner platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google due to their respective review and publishing processes.
You can click on “Job Filled” to close the job. This will move the job to the Expired Jobs tab and jobseekers will no longer be able to apply to the job.
You can edit your job by clicking the gear icon on your job card in Job Manager.
Please note that you can only edit certain job details, and NOT the job title. To edit the job title, please contact us.
